Return Policy

If the goods are defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately for a RAN (Return Authorization Number).If you receive your order, and you were sent the wrong products, please call us for a RAN.

If you receive the product and you do not want it, or have changed your mind about it, please contact us to discuss the options. However restocking fees do apply.

The products must be in their original packaging.
To prepay shipping costs, insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
No goods will be accepted without a RAN number displayed clearly on the outside of a parcel. 
 
Who pays shipping for returned products?
If the product you received is not the product you ordered we pay the cost of returning the item. If the product is returned for any other reason, you will incur the cost of the return.
We offer a warranty on all items sold which will be the manufacturer’s warranty. We are unable to give a warranty on damaged or misused goods.
 
Refund Policy
Escape Electronics will endeavour to replace damaged or faulty goods within 30 days. We will send the replacement item only when the damaged item is returned. Refunds do not apply to goods incorrectly ordered.
